When will my photos be ready?

All photos are delivered next day by noon. Same day rush delivery available for an additional $50 cost.

When will my videos be ready?

Videos are delivered next day by 5pm. Videos require additional editing time to complete.

When will I get my Matterport Tour back?

Matterport 3D Tours and Zillow 3D tours are delivered next day by noon.

When do I pay?

Nothing is due until photos are delivered. Photos cannot be downloaded until payment is made. There is no fee to book an appointment.

What areas do you service?

From Mount Vernon to Tacoma. King County, Snohomish County and Pierce County.

Can I talk during the video?

Yes, agent on camera is available at no additional cost for a video tour.

How many photos will I get?

0 to 2000sqft: Approx: 30-35 Pictures

2001-3000sqft: Approx: 35-45 Pictures

3001-4000sqft: Approx: 45-60 Pictures

How many drone photos do I get?

6-10 photos. One photo in every cardinal direction, a lot line photo and additional angles of the home from the exterior and from a low altitude depending on amenities around the home, such as playgrounds, shopping centers or view of Rainer, the sound, lakes, etc.
